ReplyDeleteTip of the Day is my favorite segment! I refer back to them often. I guess my latest favorite is from today's show about using the bar strips. I've been saving these strips, but until now, the opposite side also had manufacturer wording, so I just use parts of the strip for journaling, or if the name of the collection is relevant to my page, I use it as an embellishment.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite tip was on the ink swatches. This is such a fabulous idea because you cannot always tell the excact color of the ink by the container. This way, you can hold the swatches right up to your project to get the exact color you want.

ReplyDeletehi everyone... my favorite tip of the day has been the twist tie ribbon... love the idea of taking a piece of wire and adding the ribbon and there you have a pretty twisty to tie around a package... and the great thing is you can make it any size you need, providing you have enought wire... thanks

ReplyDeleteMy favorite tip is a pretty old one from Shelby Dredge. It's the alphabet sticker idea tip on how to outline or shadow alphabet stickers or how to use 2 colors and layer and offset them. Have used her tip often.
