I've tried making my own jewelry but I always seem to screw it up or it breaks the first time I wear it! I am much better with paper crafting so I tend to buy my jewelry! :o)

ReplyDeleteHonestly I prefer to make my own jewelry but with 3 young kids, time doesn't always allow me to do that. :) So i end up buying jewelry from a retailer or off of a fellow crafter who makes jewelry

ReplyDeleteBeing a SAHM with three little ones, jewelry isn't a huge part of my daily regimen. However, I love white gold and platinum, small and petite stones or settings. I do like to make jewelry, not a lot, just a little. I love the idea of paper beads and can't wait to try my hand at that crafty endeavor.

ReplyDeleteMy easiest and most used for me is creating pendants using the small metal frames, my favorate floral papers, and then using the Epiphany crafts acrylic tops to create the look of glass.

Oh, if only I were a goddess of all things jewelry-making. But I'm not. I do like to buy handmade jewelry, though, rather than the mass-produced types!
