I love the tip that you stamp on cardstock and then add to the dimensional element instead of stamping right on the dimensional element.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the tip about stamping onto cardstock and then adhering it to the chipboard elements. I wasn't really sure why we needed to stamp to the cardstock first, but it totally makes sense now. That scrapbook page is A-Dor-A-Ble! I love that the sizes and now the page #'s are on all the new stamp sets. Makes it faster, simpler and easier to make my cricut cuts and then stamp! Love it!

ReplyDeleteI loved the tip on using cardstock to stamp on instead of the element. I would hate to mess up the element and this would allow for mistakes in case they happen and not ruin the element itself. Really looking forward to having the Artiste cartridge for my Cricut!!

I like that they explained WHY to stamp on cardstock first, so you get a crisper stamp image. I also like the dauber video! I have tons of daubers but haven't put them to full use. Now I think I will!

So glad to know that it wasn't me! I've had such success with all my other CTMH stamping, it's good to know that I can enjoy the stamping and die-cutting and dimensional elements if I just do them in the right way. So that's what I'm excited about trying with Artiste! I also am so excited about the great cards (especially the heart one that coordinates with the Love stamp!!!!!)(Have I told you I'm excited?)

ReplyDeleteI would love to have this cartridge and stamp set so much. I would like to use the mini book page cut outs to create Halloween and Christmas mini albums this year. Having the stamp set would be a great bonus too for embellishments!
