ReplyDeleteI think the thing that helps me the most in scrapping/cardmaking is sharing ideas and new products with a friend. She and I started scrapping together a couple of years ago, and even though we live about an hour from each other, we talk almost every day and share new ideas we've come across on the internet and in magazines. When we get together, we usually spend the day crafting and/or shopping for new supplies. It's fun to share our scrappy goodness!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the chance to win the Cinch! If I do win, it would be like two winners at once, since I'd be sharing it with my scrapping buddy! Keeping my fingers crossed!

ReplyDeleteWhat makes my life a cinch? Pinterest -- it has brought some organization to my chaotic ideas and "want to make some day". I am a long time sewer, quilter, crocheter, painter, and a "baby paper crafter" (I've made 2 mixed media journals - neither with photo's) but I would love to do more. I love the look of the cinched albums and would love to get into those type of projects. Thanks for the GREAT giveaways.

ReplyDeleteTaking the time to organize my scrapbooking supplies makes my life a cinch. When I get home from an event or the store, I immediately separate my papers by color and place them in the drawers. I separate all the embellishments into their boxes or jars and then make sure all tools and adhesives are ready to go. Since I'm a busy admin assistant, I don't have a lot of time to do scrapbooking and card making. I can easily make a card for a co-worker’s birthday without missing a beat.
ReplyDeleteI tweeted about your birthday. ScrappinWhenICn is the user name.
ReplyDeleteWhat makes my life a Cinch.. Well, I try not to stress about house work. I try to clean up a little here and there everyday, but If I don't finish, that's ok... I can do it tomorrow. I also utilize my kiddos to help. They are 6 and 3 so I try to make it fun for them, and they are helping me without even realizing it. Life is too short to fret about the small stuff and if my kitchen doesn't get swept today, it will be done tomorrow :)

ReplyDeleteWhat makes my crafting a cinch?...Getting started! I have so many ideas in my head that I get inspiration constipation...not fun! When I just get going and do what I know to do, I learn more from experimenting and experience more satisfaction because I'm completing my own work rather than just watching others or looking at ideas. The shows on MCC inspire me to get going and for that I am grateful! Happy Birthday, MCC!!
