Mar. 12th: Junking with Marci, Slice Crafts Forever Floral,

My Craft Studio: Marci Welcker

Join Kristine McKay this week as she hosts the lovely Marci Welcker. As a self-professed "junk girl," Marci shares her love of all things vintage, old and rusty. She holds a yearly market place in the fall where her vendors offer either handmade or antique wears. She is also starting workshops and art retreats because she believes there is an artist in every woman. To learn more about Marci visit her blog at http://www.fallowfieldfarm.blogspot.com

Slice Crafts: Forever Floral

Ever want to have an accessory for an outfit but don't have the right color to match. How about making your own! Join Alison Faulkner as she shows you how to make fabric flowers using the Slice and InvisiCut. InvisiCut allows you to cut fabric without the use of a stabilizer. To find project instructions for the floral brooch, visit our blog at http://www.slicecrafts.typepad.com/

Finally after much anticipation . . . the brand new chalking colors are here, and they were worth the wait.  These rich colors are so full of pigment that they will distress and provide coverage on even the darkest papers and projects. Our favorite is the new “white” color.  It is perfect for getting a chalk effect on black cardstock.  Along with the white you will also receive Java, coal miner, plum crazy, red hot, and dusty rose.

MSRP $24.99
Today's Cost $14.99

  1. I have re-pinned the TP roll challenge! I think up-cycling is great. I have made an adorable puppet with TP rolls, but I have an idea for wetting them, putting them in the blender, and making some great textured craft paper with them!
