Today at My Craft Channel & FAQs

Before I tell you what you will see at My Craft Channel Today, let me address some FAQs with everyone. Here's a few updates and answer to questions you might have that we have been answering since we went live on Monday.

1. Shopping Cart should be working without any issues and confirmations should pop up so that you can print the page at the end of your purchase (I know this because I had to order yesterday's Featured Buy...such a great deal).

2. Speed of the site is improving daily. Until the site went live it was hard to know how it would perform for everyone. Make sure you're running it on an updated browser though, that improves performance a lot. If you do continue to run into issues with getting the videos to play or place an order please email us what operating system you are using and browser (ie. PC IE8 or Mac Leapord Firefox5) to info@mycraftchannel.com

3. Shipping International - We are able to do that, but the shipping calculator on the site is not functioning properly right now. So your easiest and best option is to contact our "Awesome Alex" and let him know you'd like to order the Featured Buy and give him your address...he'll let you know what happens next. Email him at info@mycraftchannel.com.

It all started in 1999 when Shelby Dredge quit work to start a family. Shortly after giving birth to her first son, she also launched embellish IT! Being the business-minded person 

Shelby is, she thought starting a scrapbook business was the perfect excuse to carry out her passion for scrapbooking AND get the tax write-off. Over the years, embellish IT! has evolved into more than just something to do - it is has become her life. Her work includes exhibiting at Scrapbook Conventions, programming & managing an online website, tv spots, product design, traveling & teaching across the nation. Shelby is most passionate about teaching & sharing new products, techniques & ideas with others. Those who have taken classes from Shelby knows she teaches a variety of tips, tricks, ideas, short-cuts & better ways to do things. Shelby wants her Tip of the Day to be an extension of that but through video. Shelby will also show new products & tools, as well as feature giveaways.

Shelby is still head over heels with the love of her life & business partner, Steve Dredge. It is clear Shelby is the brains behind the business and Steve is definitely the muscle that is much needed. She feels very blessed to be able to work with her best friend. Shelby & Steve have been married for 13 lucky years & have four very busy kids: Jake 11, Keegan 10, Brock 4 & Crew 2. Shelby enjoys the constant challenge it is in balancing life. She understands the value of time, and is excited to be able to bring you one quick video tip a day.

Shelby's motto is: Life is too short - Live life to the fullest & Enjoy it all!
