  1. I've tried making my own jewelry but I always seem to screw it up or it breaks the first time I wear it! I am much better with paper crafting so I tend to buy my jewelry! :o)

  3. Honestly I prefer to make my own jewelry but with 3 young kids, time doesn't always allow me to do that. :) So i end up buying jewelry from a retailer or off of a fellow crafter who makes jewelry

  6. I buy my jewelry, but I have been know to "rebuild" it, such as taking a long necklace and making it shorter and using the rest for matching earrings or bracelet.

  8. I love making my own jewelry, in fact, I was doing that before I got hooked to scrapbooking and cardmaking. Just 2 weeks ago, took a picture of a friend' necklace I want to copy, lol!

  11. Being a SAHM with three little ones, jewelry isn't a huge part of my daily regimen. However, I love white gold and platinum, small and petite stones or settings. I do like to make jewelry, not a lot, just a little. I love the idea of paper beads and can't wait to try my hand at that crafty endeavor.

  14. My easiest and most used for me is creating pendants using the small metal frames, my favorate floral papers, and then using the Epiphany crafts acrylic tops to create the look of glass.

  17. My good friend makes jewelry and I do the papercrafts, we encourage each other. She comes along with me to scrapbooking conventions and I tag along with her to bead conventions!!

  112. I enjoy making my own jewelry as well as buy it and take it apart and add stuff to it. I also love making my own charm pieces from scratch using either clay or molds that I do and use, to add to my jewelry depending on the project I'm working on whether it's to wear or for my scrapbook.
