She returned moments later with the perfect solution, her tape runner! Alas, I'm afraid we are paper crafters to the core. Thanks for keeping us inspired! :)

  153. I enjoy quilting and making small items like placemats, napkins, sachets etc. I also like to do small watercolor paintings, and scrapbooking, and I especially like cardmaking..and growing african violets. And I enjoy all this from a wheelchair, having learned these crafts have brought me so much joy and I love to share them with friends. I am also a caregiver for my family,my husband has cancer and my son has acute renal failure..doing crafts has brought me a quality of life I did not have because now I may not do the things I used to do but I do small things and do them well..I have learned that the spirit cannot be vanquished. My favorite part of My Craft Channel is not only the great buys but the Tip of the Day, I have learned how to use all the embellishments and make the best of what I purchase..Thank you for being a part of my life, I look forward at the end of the day to spending quiet time with you.
