For some reason I am unable to hear any of todays tips, butys and Heidi's video as well. Checked my volume and it is not on my end. Has anyone else been experiencing any problems?

Sorry I WON'T be buying this item. I was excited and wanted to buy 5 sets to hold a class - they want $5 shipping for EACH one! $25 shipping on a $60 order. Highway ROBBERY! Customer Service says the SHIPPING MANAGER can't (won't) do anything about it. There is an up side to this. I think I will RECYCLE the Binder rings I have in old notebooks. So I will be SAVING $85 and going GREEN at the same time. Sorry Craft Channel, you won't be getting my money this time.
